We’ve made a commitment to increase the inclusion and diversity of the tech workforce across the UK.
Skillzminer is one of more than 650 organisations to sign up to the Tech Talent Charter, demonstrating our commitment to driving this change.
As a signatory, we’ll be part of a movement to adopt inclusive recruitment and promotion processes and practices to support the development and retention of a diverse workforce.
We’ll also be working with our fellow signatories to share best practice and contributing each year to the Diversity in Tech employment report.
